Greetings from a beautiful Nigerian baby girl!
I am so grateful to the Almighty God for being my everything. I love Him so much, and I will never deviate from His pathway. I trust in Him to bring His promises to come to pass in my life and to give me the grace to submit to His will and ways. When it comes to your relationship with Him, once you know the truth, you will know yourself more.
From the beginning, marriage was for a purpose and it was established and built on a good foundation by God. But people misuse marriage and treat it as unimportant to one another, using it as a footstool for destruction and detriment to human lives.
Weeks ago, we were given the privilege by @nancydominic to ask #askleo @taskmaster4450le questions about #hive, #leo, and generally about life, and it was an interesting moment. I was bound to ask questions to my satisfaction. You know how someone is intentional about achieving a particular goal and does it with full heart to achieve it.
I purposely inquired to know more about @taskmaster4450le marital status or relationship and I got genuine answers from him. I started this conversation with intentions and he answered me with intentions too. He didn't know how excited I was that day to know him.
I asked questions about marriage, which generated another question that he asked me, "If marriage is a goal of mine"? Guess, what my answer. I said yes, I love the subject of marriage. I want to say, that marriage is not like our natural relationship, such as our parents, siblings, and other relatives. We didn't choose them and we can't reject them when they do something wrong. For marriage, you need to choose rightly for purpose fulfillment and be sensitive enough to know the family of your spouse and important things to avoid issues.
I got the user's point when he told me that, "there are successful marriages. But in the West, where he dwells, it is not in one's best interest to get married, that there are too many downsides, and the system in West is against that".
I understood the plight of the state. It could be very painful if you finally settle down with a man or woman and suddenly turn to be something in your property, money, or other things. I know how painful it could be.
Marriage is important for purpose fulfillment and everyone must marry with good intentions to bring God's promises to come to pass. I like marriage; in my closet, I pray for it; I dreamed of having a beautiful time with my husband and children. I'm not yet married but the future is beautiful. I'm extremely careful not to get entangled with the wrong person.
You can get married to the right person but if he or she doesn't know the principles of marriage, it won't still work.
Marriage carries purpose and if it doesn't maximize then, that marriage has failed.
The purpose of marriage is to raise Godly children for His kingdom expansion.
