Greetings, everyone!

This is the question for this contest, and I'm happy that I'm participating in it.

1️⃣ Feeling like you don't have enough time is often a sign that you're trying to ignore your own physical and mental limits. Are there any particular situations that make you feel like you're doing "too much" lately?

Serving as a Corps member before, I didn't have enough time for myself and my business. It has always been busyness upon busyness, from my PPA to NCCF activities as one of the excos. I have been involved in this for months, and it affects my mental and physical health.

I was stressed out and almost slumped one of the nights when we were having midnight prayers. I was unconscious, not knowing myself again. After some minutes, I regained myself, and I was able to move inside the room to have some rest. I took permission from my PPA that I won't make it because of my health. That was how I knew that stress can kill or land someone in the hospital.

I was so occupied by activities that I ignored my physical and mental health which affected me.

After my service, I rented an apartment and started a new life. I stayed indoors doing my online business, and I took a long rest to make myself fit, healthy, and physically and mentally strong. Now, I have had enough rest over and over again before engaging in any physical job or activity.

So I'm happy that I'm free from those activities, though it was a phase for training, for which I thank God for everything He has done in my life.

So I don't take every phase for granted. It was a season of training that comes with stress but I overcame it.

This is my response to the ladiesofhive of contest #289

I love, I care, and I forgive
