A true war on talent is going on, and it takes the smaller businesses in a chokehold. They can not compete with the contracts that are offered by large companies.

This situation is not to be taken lightly, because all the small businesses together are still the largest employer in most countries.

Let the small businesses die, and you kill the entire economy. Smaller businesses need more oxygen, and we should help them to be competitive with the big companies. It can only help the economy!
