
Dear friends, wishing all of you a wonderful day! As usual, it's time to prepare our meals for the day. While thinking about what to add to the lunch table today, I noticed a raw papaya. I initially planned to use it to make a curry. However, last week I saw an interesting recipe for a papaya-based dish. So, I decided to give it a try today. Papaya is packed with nutrients, and while it's commonly made into curries, I’m excited to try it in a new way. This will be my first time preparing this recipe, so let’s see how it turns out!

Materials Used.
A medium sized raw papaya fruit.
Pure coconut oil for frying.
Curry leaves
1 cup of water.
1 finely chopped onion
Salt powder to taste.
1 teaspoon of sugar.
1 1/2 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.'

The cooking process as follows.
Now, let's get ready to prepare this delicious recipe. For that, take the raw papaya and peel off the outer skin and seed.

Next, slice the papaya into thin, long strips, about 2 inches in length. You can cut them to your preferred size as well.

Now, add a bit of water to the bowl with the thinly sliced papaya pieces. Along with that, add a pinch of salt and mix well. After that, drain the water and transfer the papaya pieces to a separate bowl.
Next, take a pan and add some coconut oil to it. Place the pan on the stove, and once the oil is heated, add the papaya pieces. Fry them until they turn golden brown.

Next, add curry leaves and chopped onions to the pan. Sauté them until they turn golden brown as well.
Next, take a separate pan and place it on the stove. Add a tablespoon of coconut oil. Once the oil heats up, add chili powder, salt, and sugar to the pan and mix them well until everything is combined.
Next, add all the fried ingredients into this mixture and stir well until everything is thoroughly combined. Once mixed, remove the pan from the stove.

Now, we’ve reached the final step, where we add this delicious dish to the table. It’s incredibly flavorful, and there’s no difficulty in preparing it.
