There is this saying that "There is no food for a Lazy man".
Our major aim as far as life is concern and our daily struggles, waking up early and going to bed late is to earn a living, live comfortably and stay happy, this is achieved when we put our hands and knowledge into work both for ourselves as well as impacting others. It becomes more enjoyable and fun when we do what we love and derive pleasure in them while doing them, apart from the monetary aspect of it, we derived fulfillment and accomplishment. Turning my passion into profit is my idea of making money and by doing something i deeply enjoy and love.

I am a teacher, I derive pleasure in teaching apart from earning a living from it. So I choose to get involved in what I love doing. Teaching for me is a fulfilling and rewarding career which i choose, it offers a stable income as well as benefits both intellectually and materially. Although most people believe that teaching is stressful, I won't argue that fact, yes it is, but it is fun as well. Teaching brings about this personal fulfillment because it is incredibly rewarding, and also makes a positive impact on students' lives.

Alongside teaching, I get to write. I was introduced to hive, where i can also earn a living (being paid) through creating contents which I'm able to come up with. Although it was not easy at first, but I had to keep trying my best to come up with something new daily, that has also been of great help to me, both intellectually also instilling another passion in me through writing, apart from the monetary aspect of it, because I'm able to feed my bills without depending on anyone, and it has also helped me in creating content I thought I wouldn't have done before now.

There are many factors that many people may choose not to venture into teaching, but I believe that in every sector of life as far as we work for others to earn a living there are certain things that we need to face, but in the academic sector, teachers may face pressure from parents with high expectations, students, etc. rather than seeing it as a threat I see it as a training ground that is preparing me for a better place in the future. In essence, i overlooked those things and opened up myself to be moulded. Also teaching can be emotionally demanding and stressful, working long hours, often including evenings and weekends, that also becomes a problem. In teaching it helps me to stay updated with new technologies, methods, and curriculum requirements, which help me stay current.
Everyone at a certain point, needs to get himself/ herself established, so working in a private sector now is just a temporary phase, where i get to work to feed my bills and settle other financial challenges, also an avenue where i get to learn on the important keys of managing and running and establishment, because I believe that i will get mine in no distance time.

Teaching and writing is what I do to earn a living, because they are rewarding and sustainable because I also get to benefit from it apart from the monetary aspect, I get to learn more and I'm also able to impact knowledge on others and that always excites me, and that is achieved with intentionality, creativity and passion.
