Finding reasons to smile amidst hurts. LOH-#209

Welcome to my blog

This week's contest topics are so unique, and I'm glad to share my experience, I really appreciate #ladiesofhive for always giving us this avenue to share our thoughts and experiences.

Every day has their unique packages in them, it's only left to maximize it effectively, although most days we tend to see them as a bad day because of some awful experience that we failed to plan for, or our failure to achieve the set target for the day.

But I believe that there's no day that is tagged a bad day for me, because I see everyday as a blessing and I tend to make the most of everything for that day, thus oftentimes when faced with awful situations, I try to manage the situation to the best of my ability, because failure to do that, it tends to affect people around me by my actions and mood, so i tried as much as possible to avoid that.

In all, seeing a day as being a bad is all channeled to the condition of our mind, our mind is the center point of all things, so having reasons to smile in the midst of challenges or awful situations is all linked to our heart.

I try as much as possible to live a happy life, smile as much always, even in my pains, because when i experience such day, i often asked; why wallow in sadness when I can create exciting moments and have reason to smile and make a beautiful day out of a bad day, so I make the most of the moment by engaging in things that I love, and try not to think of the situation. In all, I have reasons to be grateful to God for everything, because I only experience it because I failed to plan about it, and that comes as a lesson to learn adding to my growing process.

Though it's all channeled to the state of my mind in the midst of those situations, I try to overcome it by staying happy. So everyday is a blessing for me, whatever I'm faced with in each day, either good or bad, I always have reasons to be happy and smile, because such moments only come and it will pass as well.

I believe that smiling when having a bad day tends to reduce stress and anxiety, improve my energy and also boost my mood, it inspires hope and positivity.
Another factor that makes me smile are; reflecting on my accomplishments, achievements, progress and sometimes short funny video clips, and favorite music. Also focusing on present moment, practicing gratitude, taking a deep breath and also engaging in my hobbies or other creative activities to stay happy.

Finally, I get to understand that smiling is contagious, and seeing happiness as a journey, never to let anything steal my smile and happiness, because striving to stay happy only builds resilience for growth through my daily practice. And that is possible through hope and positivity.
