Today I will be showing you guys a weight gain smoothie that you can make every single day with just a small amount of money, and of course it is stress-free to make as well.

Ingredients are:

2 pieces of avocado

50g of milk (depending on how much you want it to be creamy)

Procedure

I love my milk moderately, and that is why I don’t use too much milk whenever I am making drinks.

Moreover, I started drinking this weight gain smoothie because I lost so much weight after giving birth, and sleepless nights wouldn’t allow me to recover as well, so I searched for anything I could use to recover, and I saw avocado to be helpful in that aspect, and I took it seriously.

More so, adding milk wouldn’t be a bad idea, so why not? After all, it’s a natural recipe. So let’s get into the details and see how I made the smoothie.

I peel off the avocado back, remove the seed, and made use of tablespoon to remove them inside the blender.

I opened the milk and then poured it inside the blender as well.

The last thing I added was a full cup of water because the avocado would be too thick to drink if the water was not enough.

I blended it for two minutes since avocado is very soft.

After that, I poured it in a clean cup for consumption. I didn’t use an ice cube this time because I didn’t need it for now.
