When we talk about a social platform, this is a digital place where we interact and have fun with others. Through social platforms, we have made lots of friends and connections today. We build relationships with good people, some of which we haven't seen in reality, but does that matter when we share the same goal and help build ourselves up? There are lots of social platforms such as WhatsApp, Discord, Twitter, now called X, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin etc.
These social platforms have gained ground and people are now addicted to most of them because of what they stand to benefit. I have accounts on most of these platforms, while some are not something I use anymore like Facebook, others are just created there until the need to make use of it calls for it.
Of all the social platforms, Hive Blockchain is a special one to me. Before I joined Hive, I spent most of my day on WhatsApp and Facebook without having anything in return, all it does is drain one's data with nothing to compensate you with.
Hive is a social blogging platform built on Web 3 technology and it has been a great place for people to interact and get rewarded for their content. Hive is a place with many communities that have supportive and like-minded people who have proven to be part of a great platform as it makes communication smooth and relationships easily built.
There is no day I do not show up on Hive because of its amazing features and opportunities it has created for its users. There is a lot to gain from this social platform as it helps you to be valued. Unlike other social platforms, Hive has stood the best of them in terms of interaction with different kinds of people all over the world where we come together to learn, make our voices heard and in the end, get rewarded for our activities.
My day starts and ends on Hive blockchain because I get to learn a lot from other users and follow up with updates that are happening in Web 3 and the cryptocurrency world. With my time spent here, I have never regretted it as I add to my knowledge about a blockchain that rewards every user for their time and makes us valuable.
One special reason I love this platform is that you can navigate the platform in different ways; from ecency, peakd, hive.blog, inleo, etc. Hive is just like a place with diverse ways of making your data valuable. The fact that one can build his or her brand here without having to be controlled is what makes it a special platform for me. Apart from that, for every activity here, you are rewarded and this shows that content creators do not just come here without gaining or earning something in return.
Another reason why it is special is that Hive has different communities with specific niches to which one can choose and be dedicated. You can find what interests you and make your content known. Hive isn't a place for criticism but a platform that houses an inexperienced person while shaping him or her to become the best content creator. There are tokens on Hive which users are rewarded with for their time and valuable content being shared here.
Finally, the fact that I can make money while interacting with other people makes it different from other social platforms. Hive has been a blessing to many people; ranging from building amazing relationships, achieving one's goal through the social platform and also getting to be heard without prejudice. When you can be appreciated in a place and also be rewarded for your activities online, you would want to be there instead of wasting time on platforms that do not meet up with what the Hive blogging platform has to offer its users.
