"What do you write about on Hive?
This is a question I get every time I introduce the blockchain to people. Other times, the question might be in a different way by the person just to be clear: what can I write about on the platform?
"You can write about anything..whatever you enjoy writing about. Just write. But make sure you don't copy someone's content as yours."
That's the reply I would give.
That is the beauty of Hive, where you are allowed to write on anything. Whether you took a walk in nature, share them. Whether it is a new recipe you found out, do share it. People are ready to read and learn.
That's what the platform is all about after all.
I strolled out earlier this morning with my friend when we needed to get frozen fish to add to our meal, I decided to use the opportunity to change my phone's screen guard. The one I bought was in December last year, and somehow, my phone has always found itself falling on the floor and cracking. I like my phone's screen smooth like a new one. I opted to change and I did. I chose a privacy screen guard to avoid people stealing into my phone when I am busy on it especially those long neck people who wouldn't mind their businesses.

On our way coming, we bought the fish, just one which is okay for what we wanted to prepare and then headed straight home.
What did I just do now? I talked about my day and how it went for me even though it's just a snippet of it. That's what Hive is all about. Write about anything and enjoy amazing comments from people who care about what you've written and are eager to sneak into a part of your day.
Hive is a good place where anything is acceptable as long as it's something written from your heart, pouring out your soul and bringing the creativity out to the world. Hive helps you showcase your work online, making people see what you are doing.
To me, that's the best thing about Hive. A place that allows you to explore and learn. A place to meet with beautiful souls, read their stories and be connected to their passion. It's home to many of us who chose it as one, and I am lucky to find such a place where I can express myself, talk about the happenings around me, rant, and share my experiences while my readers read and flow with me.
Another good thing about Hive is the fact that people don't judge you. In fact, you'd get lovely comments from them making you encouraged to bring more. There are those who are always waiting for your post to drop, one of them is @beckyroyal. I don't know if she has found the best spot to sleep on Hive 😄 because she is the one person who arrives first on my post, which I have noticed. That's something beautiful about Hive where it has connected you to amazing souls that are always eager to read from you.
... and the last thing which I wouldn't fail to mention about Hive is the reward you get for your effort. No matter how little it is, Hive never goes without appreciating you. Whether by posting, commenting or even liking a post, you get rewarded, and to tell you what? Hive has been a huge blessing to me. I can't thank the platform enough!
