Who doesn't love to bring something new to lunch? Today I had a plan to do something a little different in the kitchen. I made a delicious bhaji with gourd peel, potatoes and some small shrimps in the fridge. For many, gourd peel may be part of the apple, but if cooked properly, it is difficult to believe how delicious it can be.

The cooking process was very simple but the taste was extraordinary. First, I chopped the potatoes and gourd peels into small pieces. Then I lightly fried the shrimps in a pan and sautéed them well with onions, chilies and spices. Then I cooked them with the vegetables on a slow fire. I didn't think that the bhaji would be so delicious with that special aroma of shrimps and the freshness of the gourd peel.

It is impossible to describe how delicious it was to eat this bhaji with hot rice. Every bite was a wonderful feeling. Everyone in the house appreciated it very much. Usually, when cooking gourd, the skins are thrown away, but today's bhaji proved that it is possible to make a wonderful tasting dish from every part of the vegetable or curry. Those who throw away the gourd skins in the future can try this recipe once. With a few shrimps and spices at hand, a great satisfaction will come to the lunch.
