Yesterday's afternoon was completely different. I rushed to the river bank to get some peace from the hustle and bustle of mechanical life. The cool breeze of the river under the open sky, and the company of my dear people, all combined, made the moment extraordinary.
I found a wonderful place near the river bank, which is called Gol Golpo Adda. The name is as beautiful as the place is. The place is also as serene. The feeling of spending time sitting in such a beautiful environment amidst the nature of rural Bengal is different. The calm water of the river and the gentle afternoon light seemed to fill the mind with tranquility.
And when the chat is bustling, what else can there be without delicious food to accompany the chat. So I immediately ordered everyone's favorite fuchka. As soon as a plate of fuchka came in front of me, its tempting aroma and excellent presentation made my heart feel good. The water was sour-salty-sweet with the crunchy taste of fuchka. To be honest, it was very fun to eat! Every fuchka was full of flavor.
The satisfaction that comes from sitting close to nature for a while, talking to loved ones, and eating your favorite food is truly priceless. Such small joys in the midst of our daily busyness provide us with the resources to survive.
