Children's whims are always very sweet, and especially when that whim is for a favorite food, then what other way is there to not give in. Yesterday afternoon, my daughter suddenly insisted on eating cake. How could I avoid that desire and sweet promise in her eyes? So in the afternoon, I returned from the office and went out with her without wasting time.
Wherever I go, cake is always at the top of my daughter's list of favorites. I went to a good cake shop of my choice. As I looked at the glass showcase of the shop, I saw rows of wonderful cakes arranged. One seemed more attractive than the other. Some were chocolate-flavored, some were vanilla, and some were decorated with great designs and colorful sprinkles.
The cakes looked even more tempting in the lighting of the shop. I hesitated for a while about which one to keep and which one to take. Finally, I chose a beautiful chocolate-flavored cake according to my daughter's preference, which is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious to eat.
Seeing the joy in my daughter's eyes after receiving the cake, my fatigue washed away in an instant. What greater satisfaction can there be than putting a little smile on a child's face! These small moments are the real value of life.
