How are you all, I am from Bangladesh. I hope you are all well by the grace of Allah. I am also well, Alhamdulillah, with all my family, Alhamdulillah, thanks to your prayers. Wishing everyone good health. I will try to share a wonderful post with you today, InshaAllah.
If there is a plate of crispy fuchka for afternoon snack, then the conversation becomes completely frozen. For us Bengalis, fuchka is not just a street food. It is a piece of emotion. Today's menu included homemade special fuchkas. The combination of tamarind's sourness and sweet and sour spices made every bite incomparable. These fuchkas, filled with boiled potatoes, peas and chopped green chillies, were a delight to eat when dipped in sour water. It's hard to describe the taste in words. The fried jhuri and coriander leaves sprinkled on top took the taste to another level.
