Pitha is an integral part of our Bengali culture and tradition, especially in winters. Today, our entire family made delicious Puli Pitha with great joy and happiness. The wonderful feeling that comes from cooking together is indescribable. When everyone in the house participates in a meal, its taste increases manifold.

The entire process of making Puli Pitha was a great experience for us. First, a soft dough or yeast is made with rice powder, then a delicious coconut jaggery or kheer filling is filled inside and the pitha is closed with skillful hands. The crafts on the surface of the pitha looked quite interesting. From making yeast to frying the pitha, everyone had their own hands to do it. With the enthusiasm of the children in the house and the perfect touch of the elders, the pitha took on a very beautiful shape.

After making the pithas, when they were beautifully fried and arranged on a plate, their wonderful aroma enchanted the whole house. The hot Puli Pitha was as tempting to look at as it was delicious to eat. Biting into these golden-colored pithas, one can find the true taste of rural culture. This joyful moment of eating hot pithas together will remain in our hearts for a long time.

Such small arrangements with the whole family strengthen our mutual bond. Even in the midst of busyness, such beautiful moments remove the fatigue of life and bring an indelible peace to the mind. The memory of making Puli Pitha together on this wonderful day will occupy a special place in our album. This enchanting taste of the pitha and the smiles of the beloved faces of the family are a great achievement to remember forever.
