What could be better than a healthy and delicious breakfast to start the day? Especially on holidays or lazy mornings when there is no rush, it is nice to have a leisurely breakfast. Today I am sharing with you one of my favorite breakfast arrangements.
When you think of breakfast, the first thing that comes to mind is hot, steaming soft paratha. In the picture, you can see several round parathas of golden brown color arranged in layers on a plate. Looking at them, it is clear that although they are made of flour or atta, they are quite soft and a little oil or ghee has been used while frying, due to which their aroma spreads all around. When a paratha is torn and put in your mouth, its taste is truly incomparable.
Breakfast is incomplete without a fried egg or omelette that is paired with paratha. The tempting fried egg is served on a small white plate. Made with onion, green chillies, coriander leaves and a little spice, this fried egg is perfect to eat with paratha. The surface of the fried egg is lightly crispy and the inside is soft and fluffy which goes well with the taste of the paratha. And the most important thing is that this omelette is made in such a way that it is healthy without being too oily.
Of course, I like to have vegetables in a heavy breakfast, which I usually like even though it is absent from this plate. But here, even though there is only paratha and fried egg, it feels like a royal feast for me. When the paratha is dipped in fried egg and eaten, I do not feel the lack of vegetables.
Finally, the entire breakfast arrangement is served on a traditional designed bed sheet. Which gives the food a homely and comfortable feel. I believe that eating a delicious breakfast in the morning gives you the energy to work for the whole day. I hope you will also like this simple but tempting breakfast. It is very easy to make and does not take much time. Starting the day with such a breakfast keeps both the mind and body fresh.
