hi all, welcome back!

Today I combine 3 topics in 1 post:

  1. Marathon training

  2. #cpudday cent power up day!

  3. #pum monthly challange to stake hive daily

Marathon training
Februari marathon in sight! With 4 weeks to go, these 2 weeks will be my peak weeks. Because there is only 2 month between this one and my next - I decided to treat the februari marathon as a regular long run (so I didn’t do an actual schedule for it - as I would normally do) but this weeks focus is on adding km!

Weekly goal 80 km | progress 59.6 km

Todays run focussed on 3 things:

  • running without fuel
  • running on unpaved underground
  • running with low heartbeat

While I had a distance in mind, I didn’t had a route, so I just tried a new route. Which - apart from 1 km parallel to highway- turned out to be very nice.

There was a lot of water on the route, my socks were soaking 2 times - so I definitly feared blisters. Luckely I could settle for just hot spots - which should be over after a days rest!

As the beach marathon is very small <1000 participants I will have to focus on running on gpx coordinates next - as I never done that before.
