It has been a while since my last post on my journey of creating a passive income stream here on #hive. In today's post I show the projects that I am excited about and in which I invested. Furthermore I show the progress I made on the Hive Power Up Month Challange (#pum).
Passive Income
I am pretty content with my current position, which creates a daily passive income of $24.59. Funny enough, there seem to be so much more exciting projects going on here so that I keep researching and building. I feel that for 2025 a daily income of $100,- would be realistic (without additional funding).
Evaluation criteria:
Before investing in a project - I need to understand the value proposition of a project first. If I understand and agree with it, I compare the expected returns against the lowest risk alternatieve of 15% (from HBD savings).
What's new
Since my last blog posts on 31/12 my passive income increase from $20,23 to $24,59. While most seem to be attributable to the price action from Hive. I also made some moves in my portfolio.
- #leo #premium: I purchased a leo premium membership. Not only a great way to support the project - but also a way to increase the APY on the HP you can delegate to @leo.voter
- New #cent Pool: Cent:Beed (hive engine stable coin) currently offers APY well above 100%. Which is great by itself but also helps my overall investment in the cent project (as each pool can been seen as a soft sink, creating incentives not to sell and remove liquid cent from the markets) More info on the pool CENT BEED POOL
- I kept reinvesting in all #creativecoin pools. Great project which also offers amazing rewards.
