In today's era, everything has become fast. Fast internet, fast driver, fast life, sir, and along with that, food too, and in this pursuit of speed, you are slowing down your health. Some people wake up early in the morning and eat tea and biscuits. This list will spoil your appetite so much that some people leave the house without eating anything, and the status of work throughout the day often gets interrupted by the need to grab a quick snack, which can quickly turn into junk food. All this seems like a minor issue and its impact is significant on your body in the long term.

Healthy eating does not mean eating vegetables or taking a diet at certain times it means giving your body everything it needs at the right time and in the right way and when we eat in a balanced way, we not only remain physically fit but also become mentally active and feel positive and our mood, energy, sleep, and everything improves and it is related to health and good food means good life.

In our childhood, when Mark used to feed us roti, sabzi, dal, rice, and curd, we did not understand how thoughtfully our plate was prepared and now we understand that it used to be a balanced diet which had a little bit of everything. Carbohydrates were obtained from roti or rice. Vitamins and fiber were obtained from vegetables. Protein was obtained from dal and calcium was obtained from curd and when everything is in a combination, the body can digest it well and a lot from it.

Nowadays people are turning more towards protein powder supplements and multivitamins and this is also a method when needed. But if we keep everything right in our food, then we get most of the things naturally and every suit, every vegetable halter has some health benefit hidden and like mango contains vitamin A. Papaya is good for digestion. Carrot contains vitamin A for eyesight and spinach contains iron and the problem occurs when we are only running behind in taste and forget about health.

Fast food, processed foods, and snacks with more oil or sugar are tempting for us and we look forward to a pizza or something. Our mood gets refreshed, but this is temporary happiness these foods are tasty and look good too, but they give the gift of tiredness and heaviness to the body and when one gets used to such food, then slowly the body starts showing its effects like fatigue, indigestion, acne, weight gain and sometimes lifestyle diseases like diabetes and blood pressure also start.

Healthy eating is not just for being slim. A fairy changes the lifestyle and when we eat well, we can work more productively. We feel energetic for a longer time and are also mentally stress-free. Eating well does not mean eating boring food and you can make the food interesting. You can eat vegetables by mixing them with fruits. You can make the salad crunchy by adding nuts and seeds. You can keep the option of grilled paneer or tofu and you can use colored brinjal vegetables in your dish. The more colorful the plate is, the more nutrition you will get.

Drinking water is also a part of healthy eating and many people forget or drink water only when they feel thirsty, but it is important to stay hydrated throughout the day and the body needs water for digestion, detoxification and to maintain energy levels and the people should drink at least seven to eight glasses of water a day and more if you work outdoors and spend a lot of time outdoors then your body needs more water.

And one thing that is important in healthy eating is to be present with your food and when we eat food while using a mobile phone or watching TV, we are not able to taste it. Nor are we able to understand how much we have eaten and sometimes we even end up overeating and that is why mindful eating is very important. Fill your stomach, enjoy its taste, and eat slowly and you will see that you will fill up quickly and avoid unnecessary overeating.

When we adopt healthy eating, it may seem difficult on the first day. But gradually it becomes a habit and makes a routine for your food. Healthy breakfast in the morning like Poha, Upma, oats or Boiler and roti, vegetables, dal, and curd in the afternoon and some fruits or light snacks in the evening and light dinner at night. By having a heavy dinner, sleep gets disturbed and digestion of the body also takes a lot of time.

Healing, eating, and sipping are not a personality of the day after tomorrow. A family color can be formed if everyone in the house comes together and increases each other. Mother should cook healthy food, and father should eat less junk food. If the children eat more fruits then it creates a healthy environment and when the environment of the house is healthy then its impact is automatically seen in everyone's mind and mood. Life is a journey and our body always accompanies us in this journey it is our responsibility to take care of it give it the right fuel and make it healthy. Once it starts then you yourself feel that you feel more energetic, more confident, and more happy. Today's food makes tomorrow's body, so the food should be such that it is healthy only in taste.
