Capturing scenes and movement using drones, human camera operators, or selfie sticks was always the standard, but the startup decided to flip that logic by creating a camera that neither flies nor needs to be handheld—it simply runs alongside you. Unveiled in 2026, Beni is a small autonomous robot designed to keep pace with people at high speeds, dodge obstacles, jump over steps, and capture cinematic footage without human intervention.

To navigate autonomously, Beni uses two wide-angle cameras that continuously monitor the surrounding environment. Artificial intelligence identifies obstacles, calculates new routes in real time, and keeps the user constantly in the frame. Meanwhile, the main camera records 4K HDR video, storing all content directly on internal storage.
