We have seen that China is already capable of manufacturing thousands of humanoid robots, but there is an industrial reason behind this scale: even before a major humanoid industry existed in the country, much of the supply chain required to build them was already in place. A robot of this type relies on motors, servomotors, precision gear reducers, joints, sensors, cameras, batteries, chips, structural materials, and electronic systems.
