Greetings for the day and happy LPUD to you all.
Today it's the 15th of May, organized as LPUD, also known as Leo Power Up Day. The 15th of every month is celebrated as Leo Power Up Day and is a special day for the entire community. Community members power up Leo Tokens on this day and this is how they try to add more value to their wallets and the token economy. They add value because they reduce the tokens from circulation supply and more tokens are estate which is good for the token economy. There are two initiatives for power-up and one is for hive and another is for Leo. HPUD or HIVE power-up day is organized on the first of every month and Leo Powerup Day is celebrated on the 15th of the month.
Today I have powered up 200 Leo tokens. I am trying to build more leo power and also I have been trying this for a long time. Below is the screenshot for my power-up transaction.
I have added 200 leo to the stake as shown below snapshot-
This is successful and the message is also shown.
I have also delegated to @leo.voter and chosen to get leo in staked form so that is also a way I follow to grow my Leo power. I think the Leo token is highly undervalued this time and it is high time when we accumulate more and more possible because in the future this price might not be possible to buy. I believe in this token for the long term and this is why I continue to build my holding for the Leo power.
The reason why I believe in Leo is because the team is building such a fantastic ecosystem in Web 3 and Leo is the only token they have. With more token utility I am expecting better pricing for the token in the market and they have also enabled decentralized exchange for the Leo token which means we can swap the token with layer 1 coins. This is a great initiative and I believe that in the long run things will be much more valuable and being early adopters on this platform we should be trying to build a decent holding so that later in the future we can be happy with our decision. We already have micro-blogging on the blockchain through Leo and I think this will also increase the token utility.
I have done my part on this power-up day and hope that more people participate in this initiative to make it an even better event. It is a community event and together we can participate to make it bigger and bring more people on board so that the power of amount can be even bigger.
I remember that this initiative was started in 2022 and since then I have been taking part because I want to build my Leo power and still I follow the same strategy. I can't predict the crypto market but I can try to build now for a better future because in the future the prices will be higher and I don't think that would be the time when it will be easy for us to buy because of the high price.
