HIVE
HIVE is probably one of the best place to talk about staking rewards or ROI. Hive-Power is probably the best example that one can share out in the crypto space. I still can not believe with the fact that HIVE blockchain is still an under dog. With so much that it can offer to its community and its investors, HIVE can even break down the chain of centralization in so many different ways. But yet here we are within a certain circle. Yes, we are growing but the number is not that big tbh. We need our userbase to grow much more fold in the coming days, if we want to make a difference positively. I hope in the coming years we will witness those historic moments.
Rewards for Staking
This is a juicy rewards which tends to grow over time. Lets say for HIVE, HP is probably one of the sweetest ROI that one can avail within the eco system. This is where it gets interesting, you stake a coin/token where your primary share of the coin keeps intact and you enjoy APR on top of those staked balance. Where you need not have to worry about your coins instead just enjoy the ride and get some juicy returns based on those investments. A perfect example of HODLING, I would say!
Apart from that, AIRDROPS are probably one of the most intriguing rewards that anybody can ask for! That being said, within the eco system of HIVE a new game Arcade Colony will see the light in the coming days. An airdrop has been announced and possibly this is going to be one of the biggest gift so far to begin the year with.

This rewards are primarily based on SPS stakers, GLX stakers and GLS holders for the time being. To be more precise, I quote from the airdrop post :
Accounts staking GLX will receive a 1:1 account balance of Colony. Accounts holding GLUSD will receive a 1:1 account balance of Script. Accounts staking GLS tokens in liquidity pools hosted on tribaldex.com will receive a 2:1 balance of Colony/Script for every GLX/GLUSD held in a liquidity pool (see the Arcade Colony white paper for more explicit details and exceptions). Furthermore, as per the whitepaper, there is an airdrop for Splinterlands and GLS token holders and accounts that stake SPS and GLX over time will be airdropped Colony tokens after the initial distribution.
I personally hold Splintershards(SPS) and GLX in my account respectively. Well, I am quite positive about Splinterlands. Being the backbone of its eco system and the upcoming updates from Invennium, there would be some major focus into Splinterlands. Just for an example, the staked SPS is an eligibility criteria for this airdrop campaign. This is an additional benefits of being an early adopter and supporting a program.
