Several times during the Town Hall it was commented that the game needs more money entering the ecosystem. This is a warning in my opinion, because it means that the current playerbase is saturated and is unable to use the available assets, because there are too many. Furthermore, Matt said that the game is not a way to make 100x on the token and even if you wanted to, you wouldn't be able to, because the amount of SPS on the market is huge and even if it reached 0.05 cents it would already reach the marketcap of the token's peak in bullrun.

The idea of the game is to build a valuable collection of assets (cards, lands) over time, it is not meant to be a memecoin or a defi but a long-term game. My concern is whether the team will have enough cash to get to this point, because it seems like they are betting their chips on the New Player Experience and the marketing strategy that they don't even have yet, nor the team member capable of executing it. Of course, the reason for this is that they want to get the game ready and updated before launching a campaign, but the future is very uncertain.

The reason this strategy is a big bet is because from what has been said they will have enough cash to execute this strategy, but it is not clear what comes next and whether there will be cash for it. Still, it seems like they depend as a company on sales of promo cards, which will be done now, so we'll have to keep up with that.

One of the game's current problems is that it's impossible to do the normal climb in modern, because you find people with much stronger decks, and this is pushing players away towards Wild or even stopping playing. To encourage players to go to the Modern format, the game is offering 50% more glint in the modern format, but 50% more than 0 remains 0, so this will be accompanied by another solution from the team.

The splinterlands team has already commented that they are aware of the lack of liquidity and say that this is one of the causes of the great difficulty in moving up the leagues. Knowing this, they will soon run bot accounts from the splinterlands team itself with real cards so that match liquidity increases and it becomes easier to move up the leagues since in theory the bots will use cards from the corresponding leagues and balanced levels. This update can perhaps be expected in the next update.

Diversas vezes durante o Town Hall foi comentado que o jogo precisa de mais dinheiro entrando no ecossistema. Esse é um alerta na minha opinião, porque significa que a playerbase atual está saturada e não consegue usar os assets disponíveis, porque tem em excesso. Ainda, o Matt falou que o jogo não é uma forma de fazer 100x no token e nem se quisesse daria, porque a quantidade de SPS no mercado é enorme e mesmo que chegasse a 0,05 cents já alcançaria o marketcap do auge do token no bullrun.

A ideia do jogo é construir uma coleção valiosa de assets (cartas, lands) ao longo do tempo, não é para ser um memecoin ou um defi e sim um jogo a longo prazo. A minha preocupação é se o time terá caixa suficiente para conseguir chegar nesse ponto, porque parece que eles estão apostando as fichas no New Player Experience e na estratégia de marketing que eles ainda nem tem e nem o membro do time capaz de executá-la. Claro que o motivo disso é que eles querem deixar o jogo pronto, atualizado, antes de fazer uma campanha, mas o futuro está bem incerto.

O motivo dessa estratégia ser uma grande aposta é porque pelo que foi falado eles vão ter caixa suficiente para executar essa estratégia, mas não ficou claro o que vem depois e se haverá caixa para isso. Ainda, parece que eles dependem como empresa das vendas de cartas promo, que vai ser realizada agora, então vamos ter que acompanhar isso.

Um dos problemas atuais do jogo é que está impossível de fazer o climb normal no modern, porque você encontra pessoas com deck muito mais fortes, e isso vem afastando os jogadores para o Wild ou até mesmo à pararem de jogar. Para incentivar os jogadores à irem para o Modern format, o jogo está oferecendo 50% mais glint no formato modern, só que 50% a mais de 0, continua sendo 0, então isso será acompanhado de uma outra solução do time.

O time do splinterlands já comentou que sabem da falta de liquidez e dizem que essa é uma das causa da grande dificuldade de subir as ligas. Sabendo disso, eles vão em breve rodar contas bots do próprio time do splinterlands com cartas verdadeiras para que a liquidez de partida aumente e fique mais fácil subir as ligas já que na teoria os bots vão usar cartas das ligas correspondentes e níveis equilibrados. Esse update pode ser esperado talvez para a próxima atualização.

Acho que para valer a pena os jogadores irem para o modern, terá que ter uma grande vantagem em jogar lá, porque atualmente alguns players que tem o foco no glint tem preferido ir para o Wild, por conta de subir nos ranks mais facilmente e ganhar mais para no futuro usar na loja.
