The global financial world is currently in a state of confusion. Large capital is shifting away from familiar assets toward new sectors currently gaining traction.

Donald Trump's plan to purchase stakes in artificial intelligence companies on behalf of the United States explains the capital shift, highlighting where massive funds are flowing today.

Behind the scenes, the United States government remains busy with regulatory narratives that fail to provide certainty. Currently, the CLARITY Act is awaiting its fate in the Senate, while Treasury Department continues to pressure stablecoin regulations derived from the GENIUS Act.

This condition puts pressure on the broader market. The technology sector, which has been a market driver, is experiencing massive shocks. Many tech giants are seeing their stock values drop drastically in a short period.

The Crypto Fear and Greed Index sits at Extreme Fear 11, a psychological indicator reflecting immense fear among crypto investors. Trading volume in the last 24 hours shows a significant decline in both spot and futures markets, signaling that major players are abandoning the market.

Major tech companies like Micron and AMD have suffered market value drops exceeding ten percent, while Sandisk and Qualcomm are also trapped in massive sell offs.

This situation impacts the crypto market, which is currently gripped by extreme fear. Market liquidity is drying up and price movements are becoming increasingly unpredictable.

Even looking at market structure and asset dominance, the movements indicate clear uncertainty.

My Thoughts On The Current Market

Looking at these market conditions, I feel quite cynical. Everything looks like a rigged game by certain parties to extract liquidity from retail investors. It is hard to believe the market will recover easily while money flows are continuously diverted to other sectors. Regulations are just another tool in this theater. They are likely just putting on a show to keep retail investors confused while they get liquidated.

Regarding the technical analysis on the Trading View chart below, I am not confident. This graph is just an attempt to read the direction in a situation filled with manipulation.

The technical pattern for Bitcoin attempts to read supply zones and price imbalance areas, but I am skeptical about whether this pattern remains valid in a market full of manipulation.

I cannot guarantee if this analysis will be accurate because the current market is truly unpredictable and full of deceit.
