Sometimes you work hard every day and nothing seems to change.
You study, learn new skills, or work toward your goals, but the results do not come as quickly as you hope. It can be frustrating, but progress is not always obvious.
Think of a seed. It forms roots beneath the ground before growing above it. Although the growth is not visible, it is still taking place.
Life can be the same. You may be learning, gaining experience, and improving without realizing it.
Don't give up simply because the results are slow. Keep showing up and trusting the process.
