The album 1 is a compilation album by the English rock band the Beatles, released on 13 November 2000. The album features virtually all every number-one single the Beatles achieved in many countries, especially the United Kingdom and the United States, from September 11, 1962 to April 1, 1970. The album was produced by George Martin and Phil Spector.
The album "1" was released on the 30th anniversary of the band's breakup, and was the band's first compilation to be available on only one CD. The album was a huge commercial success and topped the charts in many countries around the world. According to Nielsen SoundScan data, "1" became the fourth best-selling album in the US, the best-selling album of the 2000s in the US, and also the best-selling album of the decade worldwide.
The album "1" has sold more than 31 million copies worldwide, and is currently the 17th best-selling album worldwide.
1 was remastered and reissued in September 2011. It was also remixed and reissued on several different deluxe editions in November 2015; the most comprehensive of these is a three-disc set entitled 1+, which includes video discs of Beatles promotional films. Additionally, as of June 2015, 1 has sold over 3.1 million copies, making it the sixth best-selling album of the 21st century in the United Kingdom.

1 is truly a great album, it's great to see so many of the Beatles' best songs on one album. Frankly, it is very difficult for me to choose just one song and say that this is my favorite, because there are some really great songs.
In my opinion, it is impossible to say that any one Beatles song is their best or my favorite, but I can say that the songs I listened to most in the album 1 are "I Want to Hold Your Hand", "Hey Jude", "Come Together".
