Oh hi,
Welcome to my blog. Yesterday I was able to break my blogging spell and made a post. I think for now, I can only break my blog with an spl post and I did that. So this week I am writing about a strategy which works most times but then can also fail. “You can only select your team, but you can’t determine what your opponent will bring to battle”.
So in this post I’ll like to write about one of my favourite strategies. I bring this out when I am not able to use magic cards. In this case it was a perfect fit for this type of battle as the Ruleset prevented me from using magic cards.

When you get the no magic card Ruleset you should always consider going in for strong melee cards, range cards. Always make sure you have cards which have her reach, opportunity and also get cards which have the phase ability. Well, in this battle I went for the speed combo. Going in for cards which have and also give speed can be enticing but it can fail you too. At times these cards don’t have a lot of health so they can actually attack first and end up loosing since the opponent can bring in cards with high health which can retaliate later.
In my case, I went in for a summoner( Quix the devious) which removes one speed and also one range attack from the opponent’s cards.

For my first card it didn’t have a lot of speed but then having 3 cards which will add me 3 speed was a blessing. It meant that going in for a melee card with the retaliate, piecing, trample and giant killer abilities were a no brainer. It has a speed of 2, my opponent removed one and then my 3 cards added 3 speed to it making it four. For most part of it I believe having high health was very good for me to win this battle. Also my desert dragon did a lot of the work with its trample and giant killer ability.
So the combo of the 3 speed cards were naga assassin, countess sinash and supply runner. These were really really good cards and they were a big part of my win.
You can re-watch the battle here to see how I lined up as well.
