Stopping by at A Pinch of Salt to have a coffee
Today we stopped by a new place I have never visited before to grab a coffee. And you know that when that happens, that is also the time I share my experience and my visit with you all.
Who knows if you will be around and are looking for a place to stop and these reviews might help you decided what is the best place for you.
Is this going to be the next amazing discovery in the list of coffee shops to visit? Will the coffee be worth it or will end up disappointing?

As you can see above this is a very small but cozy place, you can find it in Old Street in London. I have walked by this place a couple of times but always at meal times, and since they serve food and they have a small space, I have never stopped before. I did not want to be taking space to have just coffee.
But you can see that today was pretty quiet, both inside and outside, so I thought that would be the ideal time to stop by and give them a try.

Although the space is very small, it is also, very welcoming and with a great atmosphere, even being that empty. We all know that sometimes we enter some places that are empty and the atmosphere is really cold and not very nice. It is not the case in here. I felt very comfortable.
Have ordered my white americano as per usual, and let me tell you right now, when the waiter brought me the coffee to the table, I could smell the coffee and it smelled delicious. That is not something that happens often.
Majority of the times you don't even get the smell of the coffee. That got me excited.

I do have a small complain about the space, these chairs were terrible and not comfortable at all. If you are looking for a place to go and sit for a while, maybe with friends and chill. Or even for a meal, I did not like the chairs at all. They were very uncomfortable. But in all honesty that is the only negative point I have about this place.

The decorations was really nice, the staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend to check their opening hours. I have the idea that they are a business that closes fairly early. All and all I would totally recommend you to stop if you are around.
Because if you remember, I told you the coffee smelled great and guess what, it was actually pretty tasty as well. And you know, from the many reviews of coffee places I go, the ones here in the UK, I don't say this very often.

In case I walked by again, and the place is not too busy like on this day. I will most likely stop and make another visit. But maybe try and sit outside to see if the chairs are nicer and more comfortable. Because those chairs were also the only reason that kept me from staying a bit longer. I could not stop moving around trying to get a comfortable position.
