Every day we have and spend here at Hive, can be a day of great learning and great discoveries, so I can say that I'm done thinking about 3 interesting points, or segments, that we can understand to try to stand out in our beloved Hive. Of course, the formation of this idea was matured by talking to a great friend of the community: @gwajnberg, where we can say that we arrived at the convictions that I will present in this post.
Remembering that these are ideas and thoughts and not rules, what I write here may or may not agree with you and that is the incredible thing about a community! Many ideas, many divergences and the certainty that everything can be discussed and refined in order to evolve the idea!
Time
I believe it is the main segment of our triple, the intention is not to order these 3 ideas into a classification, but we know that like everything in life, if you don't have time, how will you do something? We are always looking for time: for family, to rest, to watch a movie, an anime, to earn money, to post, to interact or anything else, so how can you use this segment to stand out?
It's simple, you just use your available time to browse posts, make comments, play, Threads, X (formerly Twitter), act on other Social Media to promote Hive or something in particular and so on. Time is the most important thing we have, because we know that it doesn't go back and that theoretically we don't “buy time”, there's no way to expand the day to 28 hours, so what's left? Improvement and discipline with the time you have!
There will be days when we are busy with our responsibilities and it will not be possible to make a post or even say hi to your community friends on Discord or leave that nice comment, but even if the responsibilities are weighing you down, you can try creating spreadsheets and/or “slices” of schedules and have the discipline to strictly follow the division of these available hours that you have, with this, you can balance your personal goal and your desire to invest your time in Hive.
Now, you may have more free time than others, so this segment will suit you: as said, it's simple, if time is not a problem, you should invest it in Hive and this will be your highlight, with many comments, 2 or 3 posts a day maybe? Lots of threads and interaction on X (formerly Twitter), trying to be remembered at all times, this could be your difference!
Opportunity
Opportunity is what we like to say: out of nowhere. And this segment is created and used knowing how to take advantage of everything that Hive can offer: we have sweepstakes, contests, themed weekends that can be long posts or threads, participating in something outside of Hive, in short, an infinite number of opportunities, which can be predetermined or not.
After establishing or becoming aware of the opportunities, you must see which one fits best and the main thing is to do them! Leave laziness aside and participate in everything you can participate in and that you consider cool for you, of course you have to be careful with the greed of participating in everything and doing things anyway, that wouldn't be cool, so, You need to separate all the opportunities that you really have an affinity for and focus on each one of them.
Therefore, it may be a good idea to always be aware of this, after all, by participating in everything that arises and following Hive's day-to-day activities, you can also take advantage of a subject that “has just emerged” and So comment on it, create a post or a Thread and thus get good value for your content, in addition to attracting the attention of other people, who can potentially follow you or interact with you.
Network
Finally, we have the network, the action of engagement and interaction with the entire Ecosystem of Hive and that reinforcement that doesn't just need to be in here, you can “spread the word” as another amazing member of the @wiseagent community would say, and we can take action within Facebook, Instagram or X (formerly Twitter), no matter the place, we can comment and explain what Web 3.0 is and how it represents the future of the Internet.
In this case, having a strong network can help us grow, after all, when we create bonds and affinity with people, they pay greater attention to our profile and our content, but first, making it very clear that I do not in any way encourage creating engagement just thinking about votes or financial return, the best thing is when we truly participate in people's lives.

Network in my vision is to increase the possibility of someone important to the ecosystem noticing you more easily and thus having the chance to receive a vote or comment from someone who has already contributed and continues to contribute to the entire Hive, so this person demonstrates in a way, a confidence in our work, that it really deserves to receive that value because it was something cool that you created.
Not to mention that having this contact with your audience in an organic way is really cool, I, for example, love it when I have comments on my posts or threads, I think that when this happens frequently, it means that your contact network is really working, because people don't just glance and leave, they actually invest their time in reading and analyzing your content and this makes you stand out.
Conclusion
I believe that this aspect of Time, Opportunity and Network is real and happens every day, but reinforcing again, they are just ideas that can help you better understand how everything works. There may be countless actions we can take and follow to seek the prominence and recognition we desire.
Other ideas can be, for example: effort, hard work, resilience, perseverance, among others, I may even write about this in the future, but anyway, the cool thing is for each of us to look for what we like to do most and enjoy everything that Hive can offer us.
Cada dia que temos e passamos aqui na Hive, pode ser um dia de grande aprendizado e de grandes descobertas, então, posso dizer que acabei pensando em 3 pontos, ou segmentos, interessantes que podemos entender para tentar se destacar na nossa querida Hive. Claro que a formação dessa ideia foi amadurecida conversando com um grande amigo da comunidade: @gwajnberg, onde podemos dizer que chegamos nas convicções que apresentarei nessa postagem.
Lembrando que isso são ideias e pensamentos e não regras, pode ser que o que eu vá escrever aqui você concorde ou não concorde e isso é o incrível de uma comunidade! Muitas ideias, muitas divergências e a certeza de que tudo pode ser conversado e lapidado buscando uma evolução da ideia!
Tempo
Acredito que seja o segmento principal da nossa tríplice, a intenção não é ordenar essas 3 ideias em uma classificação, mas, sabemos que como tudo na vida, se você não têm tempo, como irá fazer algo? Estamos sempre buscando tempo: para a família, para descansar, ver um filme, um anime, ganhar dinheiro, postar, interagir ou qualquer outra coisa que seja, então, como você pode usar esse segmento para se destacar?
É simples, você apenas utiliza o seu tempo disponível para navegar pelas postagens, realizar comentários, jogar, Threads, X (antigo Twitter), atuar em outras Mídias Sociais para promover a Hive ou algo em especial e assim seguimos. O tempo é a coisa mais importante que temos, pois sabemos que ele não retrocede e que teoricamente não “compramos tempo”, não têm como expandir o dia para 28 horas, então o que sobra? Aprimoramento e disciplina com o tempo que você têm!
Haverá dias em que estaremos ocupados com as nossas responsabilidades e não será possível realizar uma postagem ou até mesmo falar um oi para seus amigos de comunidade no Discord ou deixar aquele comentário bacana, mas, mesmo que as responsabilidades estejam pesando, você pode tentar criar planilhas e/ou “fatias” de horários e ter a disciplina de seguir a risca a divisão dessas horas disponíveis que você têm, com isso, você pode equilibrar sua visa pessoal e sua vontade de investir seu tempo na Hive.
Agora, pode ser que você tenha mais tempo livre do que os demais, então, este segmento servirá para você: como dito, é simples, se tempo não é problema, você deve investir ele na Hive e isso será o seu destaque, com muitos comentários, 2 ou 3 postagens por dia talvez? Muitas threads e interação no X (antigo Twitter), buscando ser lembrado a todo momento, esse pode ser o seu diferencial!
Oportunidade
Oportunidade é aquilo que surge como gostamos de dizer: do nada. E esse segmento é criado e utilizado sabendo aproveitar tudo o que a Hive pode oferecer: temos sorteios, concursos, finais de semana temáticos que podem ser postagens longas ou threads, participar em algo fora da Hive, enfim, uma infinidade de oportunidades, que podem ser pré-determinadas ou não.
Após estabelecer ou tomar conhecimento das oportunidades, você deve ver em qual delas se encaixa melhor e o principal é fazê-las! Deixa a preguiça de lado e participa de tudo o que você conseguir participar e que considera legal para você, claro que você tem que tomar cuidado com a ganância de participar de tudo e fazer as coisas de qualquer jeito, isso não seria legal, então, é preciso separar todas as oportunidades que você realmente têm uma afinidade e ir focando em cada uma delas.
Dessa forma, pode ser uma boa ideia sempre ficar atento a isso, afinal participando de tudo o que surgir e acompanhando o dia a dia da Hive, você pode aproveitar também de um assunto que “acabou de surgir” e assim comentar sobre ele, criar um post ou uma Thread e com isso conseguir um bom valor para seu conteúdo, além de chamar a atenção de outras pessoas, que potencialmente podem te seguir ou interagir com você.
Network
Por fim, temos o network, a ação de engajamento e interação com todo o Ecossistema da Hive e que reforço que não precisa ser apenas aqui dentro, você pode “espalhar a palavra” como diria outro membro incrível da comunidade @wiseagent, e podemos agir dentro do Facebook, Instagram ou X (antigo Twitter), não importa o lugar, podemos comentar e explicar o que é a Web 3.0 e como ela representa o futuro da Internet.
Neste caso, possuir uma network forte pode nos ajudar a crescer, afinal quando criamos laços e afinidade com as pessoas, elas aplicam uma atenção maior delas com nosso perfil e nosso conteúdo, mas antes, deixando bem claro que não incentivo de forma alguma criar engajamento apenas pensando em votos ou retorno financeiro, o melhor é quando participamos de verdade na vida das pessoas.

Network na minha visão é aumentar a possibilidade de alguém importante para o ecossistema notar você com mais facilidade e assim, ter a chance de receber um voto ou comentário de alguém que já contribuiu e continua contribuindo com toda a Hive, assim, essa pessoa demonstra de certa forma uma confiança no nosso trabalho, que ele realmente merece receber aquele valor por que foi algo legal que você criou.
Sem contar que ter esse contato com o seu público de forma orgânica é bem legal, eu, por exemplo, amo quando tenho comentários nos meus posts ou threads, acho que quando isso ocorre com frequência, quer dizer que sua rede de contatos está realmente funcionando, porque as pessoas não passam apenas os olhos e vão embora, elas investem realmente o seu tempo em ler e analisar o seu conteúdo e isso faz você se destacar.
Conclusão
Acredito que essa vertente de Tempo, Oportunidade e Network é real e acontece todos os dias, mas reforçando novamente, são apenas ideias que podem te ajudar a entender melhor como tudo funciona. Podem existir inúmeras ações que podemos fazer e seguir para buscar o destaque e o reconhecimento que desejamos.
Outras ideias podem ser, por exemplo: esforço, trabalho duro, resiliência, perseverança, dentre outros, posso até escrever sobre isso futuramente, mas enfim, o legal é cada um de nós buscar aquilo que mais gosta de fazer e aproveitar tudo o que a Hive pode nos oferecer.
