Jackfruit is our national fruit. We Bengalis love to eat this fruit. There is no comparison to jackfruit in terms of its sweet aroma and juicy pulpy taste. At this time of the year, i.e. In summer, a large amount of jackfruit is available in the market, and it is available at a very affordable and low price.
Everyone in my family loves eating jackfruit. Especially my wife and children have a special weakness for jackfruit. They eat it with great satisfaction. However, the best thing about jackfruit is that no part of it is wasted. After eating the ripe jackfruit pulp, the seeds or pits that remain can be used to cook various types of delicious curries or make stews and eat them as vegetables.
