Today my son turned five. Alhamdulillah, today is not only a day of joy for us, but also a day of utmost gratitude. To be honest, even a few years ago, when I thought about this special day, an unknown fear and intense anxiety filled my mind.
Today, when I look at his smiling face, those difficult days of his birth come to mind. He was very sick since he came to this world. Only we know what a storm has passed through the body of a small child. We spent a long year on the hospital balcony, in the doctors' chambers, and in pursuit of good treatment. Every moment was spent in extreme anxiety. However, by the infinite mercy of Allah and with the right treatment, my son is completely healthy today. And today he completed 5 successful years of his life.
For the past few days, both my wife and I have worked day and night to make this special day memorable. Starting from giving the invitations to the details of the arrangements, we had an urge to perfect everything.
Today, when I returned home in the afternoon after finishing my busy day at the office and work, my tiredness disappeared in an instant. As soon as I returned home, I quickly started decorating the house. I inflated the colorful balloons one by one and gave the whole house a magical look. I decorated a beautiful stage where our prince would sit and cut the cake.
As evening fell, the whole house became filled with the chatter of neighbors, relatives, and my sons and daughters' little friends. A wonderful cake was cut in an atmosphere surrounded by everyone's love. There seemed to be no limit to the children's noise and joy. After cutting the cake, our menu for entertaining the guests included hot biryani, delicious pudding, cake, and various snacks.
Everyone ate with satisfaction and prayed for my son with all their heart. What greater satisfaction can there be for a father? The eyes that used to shed tears of fear in the past, today are the same eyes that shed tears of joy. Everyone please pray for my son so that he remains healthy always.
