Many of us build rooftop gardens in search of a piece of peace amidst the hustle and bustle of city life. This small rooftop garden of mine is a wonderful refuge from my daily fatigue. The joy hidden in caring for the trees in the garden every morning and watching them grow is truly different. Recently, a Puishak tree in my rooftop garden has bloomed beautifully. Many people may not realize that Puishak flowers can be so spectacular. These flowers with small, soft petals have created a strange and magical atmosphere among the green leaves of the tree.
This morning, a sudden downpour came and gave the entire garden a new look. When I went to the garden after the rain, I saw an unearthly sight. The rain water had collected on the young flowers and green leaves of the Puishak, forming beautiful water droplets. I could not help but be fascinated by this refreshing appearance. I took a few macro photos to capture these wonderful moments.
Looking at the pictures, we can see how the raindrops on the buds of the Puishak are sparkling like pearls. The water droplets accumulated on the smooth surface of the leaves remind us of the perfect craftsmanship of nature.
This calm and gentle form of nature refreshes our minds in an instant. In this brick-and-stone city, the combination of greenery and rain is as comfortable for the eyes as it is very peaceful for the mind. These small achievements of the rooftop garden are one of the greatest joys of life. The beauty of every leaf washed by the touch of rain and the newly blooming flowers is truly incomparable. Those who love trees will easily understand the depth of this feeling. This wonderful gift of nature teaches us how to find extraordinary beauty even in very ordinary things.
