The fusing process is a very important part of the garment manufacturing world. This method is essential to keep the collar and cuff of a shirt or blazer strong or to add interlining to different parts of the fabric. In the past, this work was done by hand or in a simple press, which was very time-consuming and laborious. However, in modern garment factories, state-of-the-art fusing machines are being used to make this work easier and faster. There is also such a high-quality machine on the production floor of our factory.
The role of this machine in fusing while maintaining the quality of the garment is unparalleled. Its working method is quite simple and scientific. There is a long conveyor belt in front of the machine, where an operator carefully arranges the pieces of fabric. In the picture, the operator is seen placing the fabric on the belt of the machine. The fabrics slowly enter the machine through the belt. This fusing machine permanently attaches the interlining to the fabric using two types of pressure and a specific temperature. To ensure that the machine is working properly, there is a monitor and control panel next to it. Operators can control the exact adjustment of the required temperature and speed from this panel. As a result, each fabric is fusing evenly and there is no defect. The pictures show the control panel of the machine as well as a certified calibration certificate, which proves that the machine is completely accurate.
The biggest advantage of the fusing machine is its production capacity. It is possible to fusing a lot of fabrics in a short time. In addition, the speed of work is maintained and the fatigue of the worker is reduced due to arranging the fabrics one after the other on the conveyor belt.
