Eight Years on Hive and still stacking HivePower

I just powered up almost 1000 Hive, and have been powering up Hive for months. And I know it seems odd to some of you, who are selling your Hive as fast as you get it. And it also seems odd to those of you sitting on the sidelines waiting for the bottom; lowest price. But as I approach my Eighth Birthday on Hive, I see how the bear market price of HIve and greatly reduced earnings per post discourages typical cryptocurrency investors and typical social media content creators from buying Hive and from posting on Hive. BUt I also see it as a huge...huge opportunity to buy a income producing asset cheap!

But this is not my first Bear Market....

As I look at the Hive chart, it looks like a Valentines Day Massecure. Hive price is down from 100 cents to 6 cents, a huge drop.

Content creator earnings are dismal, 1 dollar per post, a far cry from the 4 dollars a post a year ago, when the Hive Price was better.

I completely understand why people are sitting with their cash on the sidelines... but that doesn't mean I agree with you.

The fact is that invariably bull markets follow bear markets, as surely and as reliably as bear markets follow bull makets. So if you believe in one, you should be believe on the other.

Bulls and bears are like day and night. BUT Their timing however is terrible. You can rely on the sun coming up at a certain time, and going down at a certain time. But bull and bear markets, no such luck.

But I believe that Hive will rise again, and those who believe that are sending extra money to their Hive accounts or just investing a small fixed amount regularly even though the price is down, because they believe in the product and the community.

As Warrne Buffet famously is quoted...Price is what you pay, value is what you get.

Hive is a demonstrably an income producing asset which is underpriced right now, but the beauty of that fact is that even though you may buy hoping to sell higher one day, and you have no way to know, when that day will come...it's okay, your making income every day, while you wait.

In some ways , it's like being promised a date with Miss Universe sometime this year, but getting to date Miss Brazil, every weekend until Miss Universe becomes available...

Hey! I will sign up for that...

So the bottom line is it's your hard earned money, you decide where to put it.

But me and my house, will choose Hive...
