Is this the new normal? During rainy season, flood is frequent. Not only once a year, it can be multiple times. Is there anything the government is doing to mitigate the flood. Of course, we cannot control the heavy rains. However, whatever the government is doing to lessen the burden. Road elevation? It's not totally helping. People's houses are becoming lower, and the catch basin. Solution is what the people need.
