I have continued my search for mushrooms in the backyard, since they are only visible at this time, then they will disappear, and I have found some interesting ones, which I had not seen before, such as the ones I will share today, which I found in an old trunk of a tamarind tree, which is near the medium-sized acerola plant.

He continuado mi búsqueda de setas en el solar, ya que sólo son visibles en esta época, luego desaparecerán, y he encontrado algunas interesantes, las cuales no había visto antes, tal como es el caso de las que compartiré hoy, las cuales encontré en un troncón viejo de un árbol de tamarindo, que está cerca de la planta mediana de acerola.
As I approached the trunk, I could notice some red spots, less intense compared to the color of the mature acerola trees, that had fallen from the branches. As I got closer I could see some beautiful mushrooms, a somewhat opaque red color, with certain radial designs on the surface of the cap.
Al acercarme al troncón, pude notar unas manchas rojas, menos intensas en comparación al color de las acerolas maduras, que habían caído de las ramas. Al acercarme pude ver unos hermosos hongos, de un color rojo algo opaco, con ciertos diseños radiales en la superficie del sombrero.
They are actually small forms, barely 1 cm high, but abundant and with a curious slightly bluish color at the base, then gray and lighter at the tips, which are conical and resemble nails. They grow either singly, or in groups of two and three. They look like tiny little fingers that emerge from the piece of decaying wood, they are really curious and interesting.
Estas setas varían en tamaño, pero no sobrepasan los 3 centímetros de alto. Pude notar que hay varios grupos en el troncón. Al acercarme a ellas, veo un diseño radial en el pileo. A simple vista no veo escamas. El himenio es de color claro y pueden observarse láminas. El estípite es muy delgado, y también de color claro, yo diría que blanco, contrastando con el sombrero.
Since I don't know about fungi, and this was really the first time I had observed it, I turned to Google Lens, and found exact matches with a known genus Crinipellis trinitatis , which according to the bibliography consulted, is It is distributed in South America. They are saprophytic fungi, that is, they grow on decomposing plant material, which I was also able to verify when observing a piece of wood next to the trunk, which also had a group of these fungi.
Como no conozco de hongos, y este de veras era la primera vez que lo observaba, recurrí a Google Lens, y encontré coincidencias exactas con un género conocido Crinipellis trinitatis , que de acuerdo a la bibliografía consultada, se encuentra distribuido en América del Sur. Son hongos saprófitos, o sea, que crecen en material vegetal en descomposición, lo cual pude comprobar también, al observar un trozo de madera al lado del troncón, que también presentaba un grupo de estos hongos.

Como ya indiqué son saprófitos, lo cual es obvio por el sustrato en donde les encontré.
