Hello all Splinterlands friends,
I would like to continue to share you - the Splinterlands newcomers - my strategy to deal with the ruleset.
This is the part 2.
If you want to read the part 1, please come to this post
This is also my entry for the Social Media challenge this weekhttps://images.ecency.com/p/2gsjgna1uruvGBHDnRaj2z6FsL6XEQR3pnqa26GnV8nQwKUzQmMzpBfj5TEqvyt8Mpp1uAT4Ywute29hKKJ77vhq2znEe8rpfaFZV5GUH2fNAaZdZg.webp?format=webp&mode=fit

5.Holy Protection

With this ruleset, you must clear the Divine Shield before damaging the monsters. I recommend you to use monsters with 2 types of attack. In another hand, this is the list of abilities that you can choose when facing this ruleset. It's very depended on which cards and their levels on your deck.

Ability nameExplanation
Image from threadDouble StrikeThe monsters with this ability will do the attack twice and it can clean the Divine Shield effectively
Image from threadBlastThis ability does additional damage to Monsters adjacent to the target so it clears the Divine Shield of 2 monsters with 1 attack. If you have the monsters with both Blast and Snipe, it will be better because it can clear 3 Divine Shields with 1 attack
Image from threadResurrectWhen the monster with this ability dies, it will be revived with Divine Shiled
Image from threadRedemptionWhen this Monster dies, it does 1 damage to all enemy monsters. It's very effective to clear all the*** Divine Shields*** in 1 shot
Image from threadPoisonWhen this monster deal the attack, it clear the Divine Shield and also have 50% to poison the enemy monsters which reduces the monsters health by 2 for every round
Image from threadWeapon Training1 more time, Weapon Training is useful. Adjacent monsters gain this Monster's attack if they have no attacks themselves (max 3). You can put 1 WEAPONS TRAINING monster in front of 1 non-attack monster and 1 WEAPONS TRAINING monster (another type of attack) after it and you will have a monster with 2 types of attack.
Image from threadArmor StrikeThis monster can attack with his armor stats, so it can be considered as 2 types of attack monster.

6. Melee Mayhem

Image from thread

I prefer to use the melee monsters with high attack to utilize this ruleset the best. Besides that, I recommend the below monster abilities to combine with melee monsters

Ability nameExplanation
Image from threadDouble Strike1 more time, Double Strike is very useful in this ruleset
Image from threadDemoralizeIf you find out your enemy also wants to use the melee attack monsters, use this ability to reduce all the melee monsters attack by 1
Image from threadShiledTo reduce the damage from melee attack by half
Image from threadThornTo return 2 damage to the melee attackers
Image from threadRETALIATEWhen hit with a Melee attack, Monsters with Retaliate have a chance of attacking their attacker
Image from threadINSPIREit's contradicting with Demoralize. INSPIRE increases all your monsters melee attack by 1
Image from threadTRAMPLEWhen a Monster with Trample hits and kills its target, it will perform another attack on the next Monster on the enemy Team. I often use Diemonshark - the Water monster - in this ruleset

7. Noxious Fumes

The strategy in this ruleset is to use high-health monsters to stay longer on the battlefield. And here is my recommended ability list for you to choose from when facing this ruleset

Ability nameExplanantion
Image from threadIMMUNITYThis is my 1st choice with this ruleset. This monster is immune to all types of negative status effects, including Poison
Image from threadHEALRestores a portion of the Monster's health each round, so your monsters can stay long on the Poison battlefield
Image from threadTANK HEALSame as Heal, but it's focused to keep your tanker alive
Image from threadTRIAGETo restore the health of the backline monster. So it's focused to keep your backline monsters alive
Image from threadCLEANSETo remove the poison effect from tanker.
Image from threadRESURRECTAfter your monster is revived by Resurrect, the Poison effect is removed
Image from threadSCAVENGERYour monster gains 1 health for each death on the battlefield. For sure, it helps your monsters stand longer on the battlefield
Image from threadMARTYRLast but not least is Martyr. You can put Martyr monster in the between of 2 monsters having above abilities and your team get stronger afther the death of Martyr monster
