Hello Photography Lovers! Long time no see and this time I am checking in with some shots I took at the design market in Graz last weekend. It took place in the Seifenfabrik an old soap factory.

Some photos were taken on my iPhone and others on my Sony. Can you guess which was taken with which camera?Image from thread
If you want to know about the Seifenfabrik here is a little bit of History:

The oldest structures of the Seifenfabrik were built in 1872 on the Wohlmutwiese, The plant is located next to the left bank of the Mur in the district Jakomini in Graz. In 1872, the Poudrettefabrik was built on the site next to the Mur, including a freestanding chimney, administrative building, and timber hall. In 1917, the multi-story extraction hall was added. In the 1920s, the factory was closed. In 1942, it was repurchased by the army, but was heavily damaged by bombing raids in 1945 and converted into a soap factory in 1946, where it produced soap until 1998. In summer 2001, the Kovac Group revitalized the building and in 2003 made today's event center out of it.
I added this post to worldmappin so you can check it out there too.

Every market hall in the venue had a few of these cabins so you could try on the clothes before buying them.
These hats just looked all so good but I am not really a hat person.

There was a huge food court I did not capture, because I hate getting photographed while eating so I don't do it to others. While people were eating the various street foods offered from burgers to Swiss raclette breads, they were listening to the band playing. They mostly covered the sixties and the seventies. They had a nice vibe and they played really well.

I found the beard of the drummer quite impressive, in general he had a very cool style. I was wishing for a longer lense but all I had was my 35mm f2.8 so I had to get as close as I could.

I think I will come back here just to take pictures with a model at some point.

The tower was also, impressive it was surrounded by a line so you could not get close to it. Apparently it is dangerous because some bricks tend to fall...

Overall it was a very nice design market. My wife sold a bunch of her art and I was helping her where I could. The 2 hour drive from Vienna was worth it.

I hope you liked these few impressions of the design market, thanks for your time and as always, thanks for your support and comments. Every comment is precious to me so don't be scared to write something!
