Hello everyone. Long time no see. I am not really in the mood lately. Has to do with a lot of factors.
Financially, I am in a bit of a dry season. One should have rent for 3 months on the side for emergencies. What if the emergencies eat up that buffer?
Well my buffer got slimmer and slimmer and my ability to work got crushed by the disease for 6 weeks.
Now I am finally back to work but I start from scratch again.
2024 was not my year.
It is November and I am going to Disneyland so that is going to be fun. I Paid for the trip a year ago. Will not cancel.
Will have fun.
I was lucky to have a 2 weeks shoot for a German feature film. I was hired as a driver. We got really lucky with the weather and I had a few moments where I could shoot some photos.
No behind the scenes content though because the full project is still a secret.
I read the script, and I can say it is very good to read. I am excited about what the director does with it.
But this is a photography blog. No complaining anymore.

This is about 7:50 am on the 21st of October at Landstraße Vienna The light was just amazing.
Now let's go into my camera roll and have a look at what I am allowed to show you.
The base in the fog. This was at 7:30 am and the fog stayed with us until 11:00 am. It was a tough day and I felt all my joints and bones.
At the same location one day earlier we had a morning like this:
This shot is just so satisfying. We blocked this road for about 3 hours with our second unit and had a full squad of extras plus our main actors run up the hill while singing a song.
I also just realized that my lens and maybe the sensor as well, need some cleaning.
On the 1st of November my wife and I went to the National Park at the Neusiedler See and took a little walk. We underestimated the distance to the lake so we ended up only walking to this puddle. It was anyways enough movement for me.

It seems most of my pictures are from the early mornings these days. Sunrise of yesterday.
