My days are dedicated from very early in the morning to restore the health of both my aunt and me, we get up early, have breakfast and go to the center of integral diagnosis CDI, there we do therapies in the knees which is where we have pain due to osteoarthritis and wear in the joints.
Today I finished my cycle of therapy and I was discharged to repeat it, I have to wait a few months, but my aunt still has a to go and I took some pictures of her therapy and the devices that are used for various pathologies.
Mis días están dedicados desde muy temprano a restaurar la salud tanto de mi tía como la mía, nos levantamos temprano, desayunamos y nos dirigimos al centro de diagnóstico integral CDI, allí realizamos terapias en las rodillas que es donde tenemos dolor por presentar artrosis y desgaste en las articulaciones.
Hoy terminé mi ciclo de terapia y me dieron de alta para volver a repetirlo, tengo que esperar algunos meses, pero a mi tía todavía le falta y aproveché de tomar de algunas fotografías de su terapia y de los aparatos que se usan para diversas patologías.
The first therapy is the heat therapy, you sit or lie down and they place a lamp with light directly on the affected area, this serves to increase blood circulation and after several minutes you can feel enough heat and we are ready for the second machine.
The second therapy is with the magnet machine, it sends waves that are felt as vibrations and go through the skin and muscles and reach the bones, these vibrations allow to reduce the inflammation of the tissues and even when it comes to broken or fissured bones allows the solidification of the same. It should not be applied with the period because it is harmful or people who have metal prostheses, such as nails, plates, or anything of the things that are put in surgeries and that are metallic. Neither can you receive this therapy with electronic devices nearby such as cell phones because it damages them.
La primera terapia es la del calor, uno se sienta o se acuesta y le colocan una lámpara con luz directamente en la zona afectada, esto sirve para que exista una mayor circulación de sangre y después de varios minutos ya se puede sentir suficiente calor y estamos listos para la segunda máquina.
La segunda terapia es con la máquina de magneto, está envía ondas que se sienten como vibraciones y traspasan la piel y los músculos y llegan hasta los huesos, estas vibraciones permite desinflamar los tejidos e incluso cuando se trata de huesos rotos o fisurados permite la solidificación del mismo. No se debe aplicar con el periodo porque es perjudicial ni a personas que tienen prótesis de metales, como clavos, láminas, ni nada de las cosas que se ponen en cirugías y que son metálicas. Tampoco se puede recibir esta terapia con dispositivos electrónicos cerca como en celular porque los daña.

In the integral diagnostic center there are many machines and devices for the different therapies, some are specific for the hands, others for the feet, they even have some that are used exclusively for children that have bright colors and are very pretty, I was provoked to play with a few, there are some that have some screws that are for people who have problems with their wrists and fingers, they have to screw and unscrew or embed some sticks in a board with holes.
Ninguna de estas terapias es dolorosa y los efectos se pueden sentir después de la cuarta o quinta terapia, Adicionalmente a estos, también tenemos que hacer ejercicios que faciliten nuestra recuperación.
En el centro de diagnóstico integral hay muchas máquinas y aparatos para las diferentes terapias algunas son específicas para las manos otras para los pies incluso tienen algunas son usadas exclusivamente para niños que tienen colores llamativos y son muy bonitas, a mí me provocó jugar con unas cuantas, hay unas que tienen unos tornillos que es para las personas que tienen problemas con las muñecas y los dedos tienen que atornillar y desatornillar o incrustar algunos palitos en una tabla con agujeros.
The specialists who perform these therapies are doctors or therapists who are doing a health mission in Venezuela and come from Cuba, by agreement between both nations. The service is good and is within the reach of people who do not have the resources to have these therapies done privately.
I must continue to have therapy, especially for my spine because I have scoliosis and this caused me hernias and worn discs, the pain is strong, preventing me from having a good rest and with the passage of time I feel stiffer every day, the doctor recommended me the ozone therapy and it is applied through a rectal probe 😵💫🫤🤭 the doctor suggested me that this was the therapy that I should do, I am reflecting and assimilating it to be able to decide, I know I need it because it's more pain than sorrow that I have, but I'm still undecided 😅🥹.
Los especialistas que realizan estas terapias son doctores o terapeutas que están haciendo una misión de salud en Venezuela y vienen de Cuba, por convenio entre ambas naciones. El servicio es bueno y está al alcance de las personas que no tenemos recursos para hacer estas terapias de forma privada.
Yo debo seguir haciéndome terapia sobre todo para la columna que tengo escoliosis y esto me ocasionó hernias y unos discos desgastados, el dolor es fuerte evitando tener un buen descanso y con el paso del tiempo cada día me siento más tiesa, el doctor me recomendó la terapia de ozono y se aplica a través de una sonda por vía rectal 😵💫🫤🤭 el médico me sugirió que esta era la terapia que debía realizar, lo estoy reflexionando y asimilando para poderme decidirme, sé que la necesito porque es más el dolor que la pena que tengo, pero aún no estoy decidida 😅🥹
