Bendecido día, amigos hoy termina el mes de julio y el concurso de Amazing Nature con la temática del micromundo, que para mí fue extraordinaria, ya que el universo me puso a observar cosas que ni podía ver, pues mis sentidos se activaron, un ruido, un cosquilleo en el brazo o un destello de color fueron señales para que me detuviera, respirará y observará mi entorno; y al hacerlo la sencillez de la naturaleza me brindó su belleza para nutrir mi percepción del mundo y ver lo que no se ve a simple vista. El micromundo diminuto y gigante a la vez.
Las arañas nunca han sido mis animales favoritos, de hecho les llegué a tener un poco de fobia cuando pequeña. Creó que no me gusta que tengan tantas patas y se muevan rápido, por el contrario, si me gusta lo que hacen para atrapar a sus presas, la tela de araña es una obra de arte y no pienso discutirlo. 😅.
The Microcosm of a White Spider
Good day, friends. Today marks the end of July and the conclusion of the Amazing Nature competition on the theme of the microcosm, which I found extraordinary, as the universe led me to observe things I couldn’t even see, as my senses were heightened: a sound, a tingling sensation on my arm or a flash of colour were signals for me to stop, breathe and observe my surroundings; and in doing so, the simplicity of nature revealed its beauty to me, enriching my perception of the world and allowing me to see what isn’t visible to the naked eye. The microcosm—tiny yet vast at the same time.
Spiders have never been my favourite animals; in fact, I used to be a bit afraid of them when I was little. I suppose I don’t like the fact that they have so many legs and move so quickly; on the other hand, I do like the way they catch their prey – a spider’s web is a work of art, and I’m not going to argue with that. 😅.
En estos días en horas de la tarde lloviznaba y todo se veía oscuro tal vez ese fue el detalle que hizo que pudiera notar algo sobre la tapa de una olla, era una microaraña, su tamaño muy diminuto, pero lo que la delató fue su color blanco casi transparente, para que puedan verla edite una foto con un círculo blanco y ella está adentro, también coloque el borde de un tenedor para que tengan una referencia de su tamaño.
Ella estaba reposando sobre la tapa y en lo que la vi comencé a sacarle fotos con Zoom. Se pueden ver una especie de cara, con su nariz y sus dos ojos 🤣 tal vez es una locura, pero mi cerebro dice que allí hay un rostro y sobre su cara tiene la corona o cuerpo, que es su bolsa con dos puntos negros y de cada lado sus cuatro patas haciendo un total de 8. Creo que fui lo bastante rápida con el celular para sacar las fotos porque en un abrir y cerrar de ojos desapareció, no sé a dónde se fue pero seguro que está bien.
It’s been drizzling in the afternoons of late and everything looked rather dark; perhaps that was what allowed me to spot something on the lid of a saucepan – it was a micro-spider. It was tiny, but what gave it away was its almost transparent white colour. So you can see it, I’ve edited a photo with a white circle around it, and there it is inside; I’ve also included the prong of a fork to give you an idea of its size.
It was resting on the lid and as soon as I saw it, I started taking photos of it using the zoom. You can make out a sort of face, with its nose and its two eyes 🤣 – maybe it’s crazy, but my brain tells me there’s a face there, and on top of its face is the crown or body, which is its sac with two black dots, and on either side its four legs, making a total of eight. I think I was quick enough with my mobile to take the photos because in the blink of an eye it disappeared; I don’t know where it went, but I’m sure it’s fine.

Aunque es una araña blanca no puedo confirmar que sea del tipo (Polyphagotarsonemus latus), ya que no soy experta y existen muchos tipos de arañas, si se tratase de la araña blanca (Polyphagotarsonemus latus) sería un ácaro diminuto y casi invisible a simple vista que actúa como plaga agrícola, atacando hojas jóvenes y frutos.

Tamaño microscópico: Mide cerca de 0.2 mm, por lo que se requiere una lupa para observar.
Scientific name
Although it’s a white spider, I can’t confirm that it’s the species (Polyphagotarsonemus latus), as I’m no expert and there are many types of spiders. If it were the white spider (Polyphagotarsonemus latus), it would be a tiny mite, almost invisible to the naked eye, which acts as an agricultural pest, attacking young leaves and fruit.
Characteristics
Microscopic size: It measures around 0.2 mm, so a magnifying glass is needed to see it.

Leí varios artículos para poder identificar este animal, hubo algunos que inclinaban hacia la araña blanca, pero las imágenes no corresponde a la que hoy muestro, por lo que prefiero omitir información que no me convence.
Cada animal, planta o cosa creada por la naturaleza tiene un lugar en el ecosistema, toda creación es divina e importante por lo que merece respeto y cuidado. La naturaleza es sabía y de ella debemos aprender, si nos conectamos con ella nuestra vida mejorará en todo sentido, por eso no dañes a ningún animal déjalo dónde lo encuentras por qué si está en tu camino tal vez tú invadiste su espacio y si no es así, entonces retíralo con preocupación y colócalo en un lugar seguro.

Final thoughts
I read several articles to try to identify this creature; some suggested it might be the white spider mite, but the images didn’t match the one I’m showing today, so I prefer to omit any information that doesn’t convince me.
Every animal, plant or thing created by nature has a place in the ecosystem; all creation is divine and important, and therefore deserves respect and care. Nature is wise and we must learn from it; if we connect with it, our lives will improve in every way. That’s why you shouldn’t harm any animal – leave it where you find it, because if it’s in your path, perhaps you’ve invaded its space; and if that’s not the case, then gently remove it and place it somewhere safe.
