Modern medicine is a branch of science that has advanced in the last century, but it is relatively new compared to all the years of human existence. To think that the human being cannot live without modern medicine is a mistake, since the medicine we know today comes from nature itself and it is the original source of healing whether we consume it through food or use it in the mixture of herbs to regain health.

Although it should be noted that in recent times have appeared new diseases and viruses highly resistant even to modern medicine, but let's think hypothetically that there is an apocalyptic world where modern medicine can not be used and we rely solely on ancestral medicine, will it be possible to survive and face an illness only with herbs?

Yes, it is possible to stay healthy only with herbs and be able to face some diseases by consuming ancestral medicine that is based on nature, but if the disease is very delicate or the health has been broken by an accident such as bone fracture, internal stroke, it is practically impossible to recover without using modern medicine.

There are some diseases that need to be attacked quickly and punctually and this is only possible through modern medicine, for example if a person has a stroke in most cases may need a cranial operation, which is only possible with modern medicine using drugs for recovery.

At the same time, one of the disadvantages of ancestral medicine is the time of effectiveness. It has a slower action and recovery compared to modern and, depending on the disease, sometimes this in what you do not have: time.

Then he concluded that in previous centuries it was possible to stay healthy and reach old age or an advanced age of maturity only with the use of herbs, but currently it is not possible because of the amount of diseases and viruses that exist in the world so I think that if all modern medicine is eliminated, humanity would be doomed to extinction because humans would not live long enough to reproduce, as they would die, mostly as children.

I am a clear example that without modern medicine I would not have surpassed 3 years of age, since at that time I got gastroenteritis and in 3 days I was really serious, after that illness I have also suffered twice from bronchitis and I have had to be operated three times for other causes which indicates that without modern medicine I would not have anything the age I have today.

It also depends a lot on where we live and our society, because there are many indigenous and African communities that can survive only with their medicine, without having to resort to modern medicine. So our existence is intimately linked to our environment, what we consume and what diseases we don't attack.

This is a hypothetical and also controversial issue, it may be that the human being survives without modern medicine if he is in a completely natural place without pollution and without any risk of contracting serious diseases, on the contrary, if his life will be in a modern city, as the same word indicates, modern city without modern medicine is destined to disappear.
