It has been week for the wedding at home. I remember, last Friday, I was pretty occupied with tye preparation and welcoming tye guest along with the Barath. Time flies so fast, 7 days passed by and we are still to get over the wedding fever. Last week the preparation was at full swing and we were making sure everything falls in right place. There were two groups working simultaneously. One, was looking after the wedding centerstage decoration while the other were busy with tye catering services. I managed to snap some pictures from amateur video to give you glimpse inside the wedding venue.

Begining with the wedding tent, a lot of work were carried out at the ground level. Bamboo pole were erected at all corners of tye ground followed by arranging the design. Working in the scorchingbheat was a tough job, so the labourers were working late at night to ensure smooth construction of the tent. These tent providers were the working professional, who know how to handle such a big event. They know how to execute tye design how longbit will take for the preparation. The labourers work day and night to ercet thebtent as per the customer order. The customer can choose the design and the tent service providers making sure to get par with the expectation. Here are few shots that could explain the happening inside the tent before it gives a final look.

While the wedding venue were underway, at the same time the #caterers were busy with preparstion the fod items. The #caterers were again the specialised in mass cooking and have throrough experince in their field. The one which we given the contracts were team of 70 people, who carry out all kind of task. From cooking to utensils cleaning to seeing and making sure no one goes unattended. There is always a chaos while cooking for so many people. They bring with us the different utensils and decoration item. The clients were supposed to provide them with grocery and food menu. They can cook all kind of food items. From snacks to main course to non veg, to dessert. Just arrange the grocery and all the material and leave everything to them. We did so, and here are the glimpses of the cooking area.

These patters in India are true professional. Once the wedding is over they handed over the leftover food and material and left to a different location. During the wedding season getting hold of any of the caterers or tent man's is challenging as they remain occupied with various offers from different clients. So to get a booking the Clint need to approach them and book them in advance for the specified date. We did this month ago. After the hiatus set up and preparation, the final looks appears to be very attractive and colourful.

Even though everything was ordered and given on contracts, being a client we always need to keep a watchful eyes on them, to make sure everything gets completed on time. We were happy to see everything was formalised last week on a happy note. After a week time, all the picture just appears too fresh to remind us the chaotic evening.

In good faith - Peace!!
