I never saw an Ashoka tree blooming with flowers. When somebody talks about Ashoka tree, I alwsys used to imagine a long tree, with curvy leaves on it. That what I had seen in Delhi. But today I saw a differrnt look of Ashoka tree that was abundant with many flowers on it. The flowers of the Ashoka tree are bright orange or yellow and bloom in dense clusters. The Ashoka tree is also known as Saraca asoca or Saraca indica.

The ashoka tree is sacred in the Indian subcontinent and has many cultural, religious, and medicinal uses. The ashoka tree is mentioned in many traditional texts and practices. The ashoka tree is associated with the Ramayana, where Sita spent her captivity in Lanka under the shade of an ashoka tree. The ashoka tree is also associated with the life of Lord Buddha, who is said to have been born under the tree.

The common name, Asoka, means "sorrowless" or "remover of sorrow" in Sanskrit. The tree is admired for its vibrant seasonal blossoming. This is what attracted me to click all the picture. I found the tree at the backyard of the temple, where I giant daily. The dense bunch of flowers with colourful flowers was very attractive.

These flowers are known for being vibrant orange-yellow in color, growing in dense clusters, and having a slightly fragrant scent. They often turn red before wilting, appearing in heavy, lush bunches on the tree, making them highly ornamental and prized for their beauty. The dense clusters is amazing. I completelly fall in with this natural beauty.

In good faith - Peace!!
