Garlic Pickles Ingredients:
★2 kg garlic
★7-8 dried pepper
★250 ml tamarind juice
★500 gm Mustard oil
★10 ml vinegar
★2 tablespoon fennel seed
★1 tablespoon dry chilli powder
★2 tablespoon Salt
★1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
★ 2 cup of Sugar
★ 1 tablespoon Paste of raw pepper
★(1) tablespoon Ginger, garlic, cumin paste
★1 tablespoon Black cumin
★5 Bayleaf

I stored the pickles in a glass jar. I used a glass jar, because it will be good for a long time. You can store in other containers if you want
