.Happy weekend dear friends of hive 🥰💕.

Who does not love 💕 the pleasing aroma of garlic 🧄 and some herbs 🌿 in foods , homemade baked breads or snacks for tea 🍵?

This is what my today’s recipe is about.The adding of spices and herbs as a mix in our dishes and drinks creates flavors and aromas, giving them a signature of a kind. 

In my today’s recipe of homemade garlic, herb white loaf 🥐, I used an idea I got from online while browsing to get the best of organics and herbs bread recipe for a healthy loaf 🍞. This recipe I give credit to “Christina’s Bread Bakes.
This online site is filled with mostly good herbs 🌿 recipes of all kinds of bakes.

And because I love breads which I definitely have passed on to my daughters, and we all know how plain flour is not too good for our system, I therefore have continued to look for ways to bring to the table the best bread recipes especially when am not eating wheat 🌾. 

This recipe is one you will like because the aroma of garlic 🧄 and my cent leaves 🍃 as herbs 🌿 gave me exactly what I needed for a perfect white herbs bread 🥯.

Here I share the process with step by step.

INGREDIENTS:

300 g of all purpose flour 
A Hand full of fresh cent leaves 🍃
2 large cloves of garlic 
2 tablespoons of premium sugar 
1/4 teaspoon of salt 
1 teaspoon of dry yeast 
20 ml of vegetable oil
About 1/4 mug of warm water

 # STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

This is a very straightforward recipe and very quick one too for breakfast as I started by plucking the cent leaves 🍃 and slicing into thinly.

Then will clean the garlic and crush it afterwards.

These two readily here are my base ingredients for this recipe.

Next I will pour the flour in a large bowl 🥣 adding the dry ingredients. Salt, sugar and the yeast.

Will stir them in to properly incorporate here above.

Here will add the crushed garlic 🧄 and the cent leaves as above.

Stir them in properly as well.

Step 5.

To process the mix into a dough, I will add the warm water bit by bit stirring gradually.

Then will knead with the tips of my fingers as above.

Added vegetable oil here for a fine smooth knead .

Cut the kneaded dough into two (2) and into four (4) here.

And mold them in short lengths for mini size loafs.

Place the molds in a glazed pan for baking, leaving in a warm place and allowing to double a bit in size.

Bake for just 12 to 15 minutes, and its ready as above. and I love my breads always brown, with just few bakes

You might be wondering if you should use dry or fresh herbs 🌿 in your spices and herbs  loaf, but I tell you they work equally because this bread just came out with lots of aromas from the garlic 🧄 and cent leaves 🍃. All you need do is increase your quantity if you want an intense stronger flavors. You just need to make this recipe and see for yourself.
