I love bread 🍞 so much and especially fresh baked breads 🥯 and ones that has been enriched with fruits 🍎🍌and natural flavors for that good irresistible smells you get from oven fresh .

And in my today’s recipe I have combined raisins, cinnamon and banana to prepare and bake this oven rich healthy pan bread 🥯 that I brought to share with you.

 With this recipe friends, its very obvious we can bake our choice of fruits fresh oven bread from our kitchen anytime any day. All we need is just get our ingredient together and we are set.

Here I will take you through the steps of preparing this rich healthy oven fresh pan bread 🥯.

 # INGREDIENTS:

350 g of all purpose flour 
2 tablespoons of raisins fruit
4 finger banana 
3 tablespoons of premium sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder 
1/4 teaspoon of salt 
Grated nutmeg 
11/2 yeast powder 

Extra ingredients:

Warm water for the yeast 

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

We start this preparation by first bringing our yeast to soak with warm water 💦 adding sugar.

Stir properly and cover for 5 minutes to rise.

While waiting for the yeast, we take the flour into the bowl 🥣 adding the salt and sugar.

Grated in some nutmeg 🌰and added the cinnamon powder.

And will stir them inn properly

To incorporate the banana 🍌, I will peel and slice it thinly adding it into the flour mix. Stir inn together

Next is to add the raisins and incorporate properly

Then will finally add the yeast to start forming the dough gradually.

As shown here above, adding vegetable oil with final knead.

Will glaze the pan, take the kneaded dough into it and flatten it with the back of my hand for this shape..

For toppings, slash the top of the dough adding some raisins in lines

Will cover the dough properly in a warm place for at least 20 - 30 to rise in size.

And will take it into the oven to bake for 25 minutes to obtain the light brown look just the way it will taste good.
