Good to be back with you today and I hope you are all good too , enjoying wellness. And to stay fit at all times we must continue to take good care of ourselves for better health.

And today I made a more healthy oatmeal breakfast 🥣 to share with you, although we all know how easy making oatmeal is but the difference with this recipe is how I have combined it with unique ingredients to make it so rich. 

When it comes to healthy breakfast recipes of oatmeal this very one I made is one rich healthy recipe you will like to try because I have used a whole Soy Creamy Milk as its base which leaves it so rich and made it creamy and fluffy bowl 🥣 of oatmeal. A gluten-free vegan 🌱 delight to keep healthy.

And what’s oatmeal without toppings? Toppings definitely gives oatmeals that rich attractive and appetizing look which the apple 🍏 did and this cookies 🍪 made from wheat 🌾 and coconut 🥥 milk 🥛, making it a whole rich healthy breakfast anyone can desire .

 Here I show you how you can achieve this bowl of oatmeal in a snap without time wasting.

INGREDIENTS:

2 packs (70g) of whole grain oat
300 ml bottle of Vita Banana milk
1 large green apple 
Pinch of salt 
2 teaspoon of premium sugar
3 round cookies 🍪 ( made of wheat 🌾 and coconut 🥥 milk 🥛)

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

To prepare this oatmeal I will start by washing and sterilizing the apple before cutting into shape to keep readily.

Next I will pour the vita milk into the pot, cut the oats packs and add the oats flakes into the pot as well.

And here will properly stir the flakes into the milk.

Will add the sugar and the salt here and stir them to incorporate.

Set it on the cooker and cover to quickly heat up.

And once its starts to boil , uncover and begin to stir intensively to avoid sticking and burning.

Continue to stir until its start showing white milky foam.

And has thicken in pudding texture as above
