Greetings to all my hive and drinklovers friends 🥰💕.

Its good to share with you again and this time a recipe that is so exquisite and in a blend of punch 🍹. Its so exquisite due to how I have shredded the carrot ingredient to bring out the juice , leaving the shreds to soak and come together with the 5Alive mix citrus 🍊 🍋juice I used as the liquid drink.

This punch 🍹is the perfect drink for spring 🌺, but can also be a hit in summer with lots of ice 🧊 cubes. An easy mix of carrot shreds and mix citrus of orange, lemon, mandarin,  lime and grape fruit known as the 5Allive juice I used. One we can enjoy for brunch or for lunch.

The  recipe will only take just five (5) minutes to make, and you can add alcohol like I did with my special favorite Smirnoff Chocolate Vodka X1 for that sweet aroma of chocolate vodka taste.

Carrot 🥕 is a vegetable we should appreciate at all times especially for the fresh, earthy elements that it can add to drinks. And more importantly, its packed with vitamin A!

Here below I take you through the process of this exquisite punch recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

300 ml of mix citrus juice 
2 medium carrots
10 ml of Smirnoff Chocolate Vodka

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

The only work we have in this recipe is just the carrot. As we will clean it properly here above

Step 2.

Then we wash and shred it using any tiny shredder from our kitchen 

As readily here above.

Step 3.

Once the carrot is ready, I will measure out some vodka here. 

Step 4.

And we bring all the ingredients readily here above.

Step 5.

Here we go on to add the ingredients together, starting with adding the shredded carrot in a glass of our choice.

Then we pour the mix citrus juice into the glass here above.

Step 6.

Finally, we add the Smirnoff Chocolate Vodka here.

And we have our exquisite carrot shreds with mix citrus juice punch ready.

This is such a fun punch for spring 🌺 loaded with shredded carrots 🥕, mix citrus juice and some vodka for delight. The carrot adds a fresh earthiness to the punch, while the mix citrus juice brings in lots of citrusy zest taste. And I have garnished the punch with some chopped cucumber 🥒 for slight nature color.
