Yes! Weekends are for delicious freshly baked oven recipes and todayās recipeĀ Ā an exquisite grated and roasted coconut and ginger combination loaf shaped in a coconutĀ š“Ā tree too. A recipe you will want to incorporate in your kitchen especially for treating family and loved onesĀ š„°.

The grated coconutĀ š„„Ā for some coconut milk oil, adding also some cinnamon powder for that irresistible aroma cinnamon always gives us in recipes. You will surely love this exquisite oven fresh delight if you bake it.
iLets look at the steps for making this delightful beauty loafĀ š„
.# INGREDIENTS:


350 g of all purpose flourĀ
1/4 fresh coconutĀ š„„Ā
1/2 a thumb of fresh ginger
1 tablespoon of margarineĀ
11/2 teaspoon of dried yeast
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powderĀ
1/8 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of premium sugarĀ
Warm water for mixing.
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.



To commence the preparation of this recipe, I will grate part of the cracked coconutĀ š„„Ā to extract the oily milk.

Step 2.




The other part of the coconutĀ š„„Ā I will slice and dice in little chips.
Step 3.

I will roast the coconut a bit to become crunchy.

As above.
Step 4.


The ginger I will peel and grate readily. As above.
Step 5.


Next to mix the dough, I will add the flour in a large bowlĀ š„£, adding all the dry ingredients. The sugar, cinnamon, salt, yeast.Ā And will mix to incorporate all evenly.

I will add the margarine and grated ginger. Then will use the tips of my fingers to mix them inn.

Step 7.



Next is to add the crunchy coconut and incorporate.Ā
Step 8.





Will add warm water to the grated coconut for milky oily mix, then add it intoĀ Ā flour mix.Ā And gradually will mix into a dough.
Step 9.




To mold into a tree shapeĀ š“, I will cut slash the dough, then strip roll it and place down in straight form as a trunk.





Then will cut slash the middle placing another strip mold. And adding little molds as branches and seeds of young coconutsĀ š“š„„.
Step 10.





Will garnish with some crunchy coconut, cover to rise and bake for 20 minutes at 180 Celsius.
